This home, by the nature of its design, is warm in winter, cool in summer and costs nothing to run, apart from the bottled gas, that is filled by a tanker every two months and averages $80.00 a month. Although the house is off grid the owners live a completely normal life with all the electric mod cons and the back up generator has only been needed very occasionally. Other Improvements
